12.5″ CHF 5.56mm Barrel

Hodge Defense 12.5″ Cold Hammer Forged 5.56mm Carbine Barrel was developed to offer end users a barrel that will offer a wider operating envelope for a variety of commercially available ammunition. This barrel has a gas port size of .064″, slightly up from the original .0625″ to better accommodate increasingly common flow-through/low BP suppressors and incorporates FN’s proprietary steel (the same steel used in the M249 SAW).
